LAST YEAR WE STAYED AT ANOTHER CONDO, BUT WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE OWNER DID NOT SEEM TO TAKE AN INTEREST IN HIS TENANTS....ONCE HE HAD COLLECTED THE MONEY. IT WAS NOT AS WELL FURNISHED AS YOURS AND CERTAINLY NOT AS CLEAN...THE CARPET WAS FILTHY.  OH WELL, LIVE AND LEARN.  WE REALLY ENJOY THE PERSONAL TOUCH  THAT WE RECEIVE WITH YOU. We are back from a GREAT week at your condo and I wanted to thank you for a wonderful time! We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of your condo and all the help you gave us with directions and other information. Your accommodations were perfect for us! We really enjoyed the beach and appreciated how CLEAN it was as compared to the north end of the island beach. The weather was absolutely beautiful - mid to high 80's all week and just a couple quick showers that never interfered with our plans. We loved being so close to Lover's Key - great shelling and we all had a blast in the waves! Your guest book with all the recommendations was a very nice touch... we followed the advice for restaurants and were never disappointed! You are a great hostess! We were delighted with the accommodations and would be happy to help others make the decision to stay there. One other thing I might add - even my daughter, who is 21 and 2 sons who are 15 and 18 preferred the quiet peacefulness of your beach to the craziness of the north end - which was fun to visit, but you wouldn't want to stay there! Thanks again for making us feel right at home in your beautiful condo!

Hi Alice,
We had a great time and loved staying in your condo - we enjoyed everything! The decor was great - you did a wonderful job! We're talking about next year already. I'll confirm the dates and check with you. We like being further south where it is warmer; we could sit on the lanai at 7:00 am or 9:00 pm and were very comfortable!
We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and other extras that you provided (especially sheets, towels and beach towels). Thanks again for a great week - hard to come back!! Wisconsin hasn't totally blossomed into spring yet - so it's still sort of gray and yucky!!

Hi Alice,
Again you are as prompt and courteous as ever!! I also appreciate your honesty. We had contacted someone else with a unit in your complex who told us the rate was reduced that week in June because of a cancellation. If not for your honesty, we may have rented it and been VERY disappointed when we found out the pool was not available. I don't care much for swimming in the ocean, so a pool is a MUST for me. We will definitely rent your unit for that week in July.

We saw 5 manatees while we were playing cards on the lanai and headed down to watch them. They got really close to shore and a couple of people went in to touch them. It was really a pretty neat experience!!

Hi Alice:
The condo really fit our needs, and served us very well. You have done a beautiful job in decorating it and making it a warm place to be. We stayed mostly in the Fort Myers Beach area, but did make it to the Everglades, Captiva Island and Sanibel. We were treated to a great week of sunny and hot weather, with only one or two showers.
It gave our family some wonderful time together, and we will always treasure the stay in Fort Meyers Beach. Alice, our appreciation and thanks go out to you.

Hi, my name is Sheryl and I rented one of your condos at Fort Meyers Beach last September. We have just returned from our vacation on the Atlantic side of Florida this year, where we rented another condo. After our trip this year, I felt like making sure you knew that we appreciated your opening your home to us. You have decorated your condo to set the mood of being on the beach and kept it in very nice shape. The condo that we rented this year was not a total dump, but it made us realize that not all condos are equal. A bit late, but thank you once again for our wonderful vacation!

We arrived home this afternoon after a terrific and relaxing vacation in your lovely condo. Thanks for the call last Sunday to check on things, and for your assistance in helping our family make some wonderful memories and spend a lot of beautiful time together. We enjoyed the quiet, private beach and spent most of our time just relaxing and watching the boys build sand castles, swim, or discover the beauty of the Gulf. We took short day trips to the Everglades, Naples and Marco Island, and to Sanibel, but found that relaxing at Carlos Pointe was the best. Unfortunately your guest book was full so we could not add our thoughts and reflections to the list of those who have stayed before us. We did enjoy reading other people's comments and, my, you certainly have rented to a lot of Ohioans! The only downside of our trip was that we could not do all that we wanted. I guess that means we will have to visit again sometime.

Hi Alice:
What a wonderful condo you have! We really enjoyed our stay at your place and all the people we met there were so friendly... that was truly a pleasure! Our favorite time of day was when we got to eat out on the lanai and watch the pelicans dive for food. The kids were so entertained by that, I wish I had one (a pelican) at home. The shelling on the beach was incredible. We were on a quest to find a sand dollar, but no luck... I told the kids maybe next time. The kids loved the picture of the shells on your wall too. Everyday they would come in and check to see which shells they found. They had such a blast that already they are asking us when we can go back to our vacation home (don't I wish it was ours).
Well... Thanks again for all your help in making our vacation a wonderful one. WE HAD A GREAT TIME! We truly appreciate all your hospitality.
