time is 3:00 p.m. for all units.
Southern Hospitality checkout - 9 a.m.
Southern Belle checkout - 10 a.m.
Southern Comfort checkout - 10 a.m.
You will be charged for late departure, so please be on time!
If you will be arriving after 4 pm, please let us know so that
we may accommodate you.
RESERVATION
DEPOSIT:
Until your deposit is received, your reservation is NOT confirmed.
All monies must be received 30 days in advance of your arrival.
If full payment & damage deposit are not received as scheduled,
your reservation is subject to cancellation. Refunds will be made
conditioned on our ability to refill the rental period.
CANCELLATION:
Notice of cancellation is accepted via registered mail or email.
Your refund will be based on our ability to refill that rental
period, & will be made from proceeds of new booking.
REFUNDABLE
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$300, paid by separate check. 100% of damage deposit will be returned
upon positive exit inspection. Any losses, damages, extraordinary
cleaning or excess laundry will be taken from this deposit.
TELEPHONE
USE:
Local calls are unlimited. Please bring a calling card for long
distance.
USAGE
INTENT:
Please respect that this is our vacation home, and we want you
to enjoy it as much as we do. However, our condos are not to be
used for family reunions or parties. Visitors must be pre-registered
on the rental agreement. Overnight accommodations are restricted
to tenants listed on the reservation agreement. NO
MORE THAN SIX PERSONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO AT ANY TIME. Children
under 16 must be supervised by an adult while in the condo. Primary
renters must be over 30 years of age, and must actually abide
in the condo with the rental party. Abuse of the intent of these
restrictions will be grounds for immediate expulsion with no recourse.
PETS
ARE NOT ALLOWED
CLEANING:
You may choose your level of responsibility in exit cleaning.
If you follow our 'departure instructions' there will be no charge
to you for cleaning. Cleaning & care that our beyond the limits
outlined, will be subject to imposed charges.
PARKING:
Free parking is provided for tenants and their guests. All vehicles
MUST be registered at reception office, or are subject to removal.
Vehicles may not use more than one designated parking space. No
boats, trailers, or travel homes are allowed on premises.
Handicap parking is available. Security guards will be present
during high season or high occupancy weeks.
POOL
RULES:
THESE ARE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND COMFORT, AS WELL AS OTHERS AROUND
YOU.
You will be given pool regulations upon your registration. Please
review these, and discuss with any children in your travel party:
Pool closes at 9 p.m. No one is to be in pool or patio area after
that time.
Anyone found in this area after 9 p.m. will be asked to vacate
the premises, with no refund.
No pool toys or floatation devices allowed in pool.
No running or jumping into pool.
No smoking in pool/patio areas.
Headphones must be used for any radios.
NO GLASS allowed in pool/patio areas.
Children under 13 MUST be accompanied & supervised by parent
or adult over 30.
