Welcome to "Southern Plantation", just 3 blocks walk to the white sandy beach!
This home is the only one of its kind on the island, designed with outdoor enjoyment in mind. Exquisitely unique because the house wraps around the caged pool and lanai area, making the outdoors part of the indoor experience. The pool is situated so that it basks in the sun all day long, with the roof overhanging portions of the lanai providing shade to those who prefer. This expansive lanai features two outdoor dining areas; and a gas grill for family BBQ.. The pass-through from the kitchen to the lanai makes serving a breeze.

All of this is enhanced by PRIVACY. Trees and hedgerows grow on each side of the home, and plantings around the screened pool limit intrusive viewing, providing a tropical sanctuary.
Sunlight fills the interior of this home, which boasts 2400 square feet of living space, offering a huge open floor plan. The super-sized living area has lots of comfortable seating, enhanced by an entire wall of stone fireplace. Plenty of space in the dining area to easily seat everyone around the table. A wall of glass sliders open out to the screened pool area for view of the canal and Bay.
TWO master bedrooms on separate wings of the home each have walls of glass opening out to the lanai. Each feature King bed outfitted with memory foam for the best sleep! 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Also a quality full size roll-away and infant pack n play are on site for your use.
