A wall of glass opens from the living room out onto the screened lanai, providing open view of the beach and Gulf.
The patio set with custom chairs compliment the BBQ grill for waterside dining. Catch exquisite sunsets over the ocean horizon.
The master bedroom also opens onto the lanai, for morning coffee while watching the resident dolphins playing in the surf.
You will love the new King size bed, featuring the most technologically advanced sleep system on the market! Be prepared for the best sleep of your life!
The guest room may be set up with (2) twin beds, or as King size; the choice is yours.
Both bedrooms have private baths: tub/shower combination in the master, and walk in shower in the guest bath.
Each bedroom also hosts cable TV for late-night viewing.
This convenient, first floor location near the elevator, pool, patio, and beach, make this an excellent choice for easy access!
